Challenge

Despite a growing engineering organization, the client lacked dedicated QA capabilities. End‑to‑end testing fell to Product Managers on an ad‑hoc basis. As a result, bugs frequently escaped to production, costing the business time, trust, and money. Leadership recognized the need for a robust, repeatable testing practice.

Solution

TribalScale was selected for our deep experience in enterprise transformation. We embedded QA engineers into product pods, established QA as a formal discipline, and co-developed a manifesto with leadership to guide practices. Our team collaborated across delivery teams, pairing with iOS engineers and embedding exploratory testing directly into the development workflow.
